I've not played since 1.4 I think so a lot has changed. Been back for 3-4 days and I'm always shredded by rail rifles regardless of build or play style. I miss the old days of 3-5 seconds and anyone would die not this "take more time to kill" stuf...

I've played both but more focus on Gal. It all comes down to picking your targets. Cloak is nice but so is mobility. I'm shifting towards passive cloak with speed modules. Cumulative -50% profile is a comfortable level against non-dedicated scanners
